I picked up my first "real" camera when I went to Loyalist College. I was enrolled in the Law and Security program and when my student loan came in, the first thing I purchased (after paying tuition of course!) was buy an Olympus SLR camera.

I should have known then, I was in the wrong course! Since then, my interest in photography has blossomed into my whole being...I see everything so differently now...and driving down the road can be annoying to my family as I'm constantly yelling "STOP", I see something that'd make a great photograph! But if I didn't do this, they'd have missed out on the wise eyes of a great grey owl looking down upon us or the curious eyes of fox kits waiting for their mother's return.

I'm also fascinated with people and their stories they all have to tell whether it be an adorably scrumptious newborn just weeks into our crazy world, or someone's character defined in the wonderful wrinkles on their face, to the sparkle in someone's eyes full of life.
